Cancellations, lateness & rescheduling
We understand and empathise with life's emergencies, both large and small. We do ask for 24 hours' notice if you're unable to keep your appointment.
We always send a reminder 24 hours in advance. To rearrange, we need 24 hours' notice to agree a new time and date. Cancelling inside 24 hours, or not attending, is charged at the full appointment fee.
If you arrive late, we'll give you as much of your treatment as time allows, but the session ends at the allotted time and the full fee applies. There are no refunds on treatment provided or missed appointments.
Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards in the clinic. When booking online you can pay by credit or debit card.
Bring a note of any medication you're taking, prescribed or over the counter. First appointments run 45–60 minutes and involve a full case history and examination; follow-ups are 30–45 minutes. You're welcome to bring a friend or relative into the treatment room.
