New Patient Form

Step 1 : Medical Consult

Our first job is to understand your medical history. This can give us a picture of what is causing your issue or raise any red flags for us so we can proceed with caution. Being prepared with your medical history will mean more time for treatment.

A good postural analysis will help us understand your body. What muscles are tight, what muscles need strengthening, are you in good alignment. Combining this with your medical history can send us down the right path with your treatment.

Step 3 : Treatment

On to hands-on treatment. We employ 60% soft tissue, 35% joint mobilization and 5% manipulation if required. Combining many types of manual technique to ensure the best outcome.

Step 4 : Exercise Plan

You will be sent an exercise plan tailored to yourself. This will be from what we have seen in the postural analysis and the hands on treatment. It will focus on muscles that either need strengthening or muscles that need stretching.

Step 5 : Follow up Treatments

Generally we believe we can remove most peoples aches & pains in about 3 sessions. Some conditions such as Sciatica can take longer. Follow-up sessions are either 30 or 45 mins long. It also gives you an opportunity to feedback the results from the first session.
