Meet the team

Rob is 1 of 50 BodyMaster practioners within the UK. The BodyMaster method is a unique fusion of therapy techniqes that are rigorously designed to remove pain and restore mobility without recourse to drugs or surgery.  The method doesn't rely on a single theraputic techique but approaches the body as a whole unit utilising several different complimentry therapy to resolve your issue. Osteopathic, chiropractic, physiotheray and sports therapy techniques are combined with remedial deep tissue massage to ensure the bodies mechanics perform to there optimum. Rob, also has a keen interest in mens health as they age and has recently become a  'Mens Health Champion'  He is a family man and enjoys nothing more than a long walk with his wife Lisa as long as they end up at a local pub / restaurant.

Holly graduated from Swansea University with a Masters in Osteopathy. She has always had a keen interest in healthcare, and now enjoys the rewarding experience of seeing the benefits of Osteopathy in her patients. Developing her Osteopathic skills in a clinic run by the NHS in Wales and a private clinic in Swansea University, she has had experience treating a variety of patients.

Holly was born in London and then raised in Ireland she is looking forward to living in Southampton. She has recently spent seven months travelling through South-East Asia; visiting Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India. She enjoys hiking, baking and art in her free time.

Dave has over 30 years experience in the world of manual therapy. Training in Harley Street under the eminent Professor Alexander Barrie, Dave has become known as an expert in his field. Spending time in the elite sports, chiropractic and Osteopathic worlds Dave has developed an all round appreciation on body mechanics, whilst specialising in spinal and pelvic realignment. Dave is a keen sportsman who regularly hacks his way around the golf courses of Devon & Cornwall.

Nicola is a registered osteopath with a 2013 degree in anatomy and biomechanics, plus post-graduate training in cranial osteopathy, osteopathy during pregnancy, sports massage, and taping techniques. A member of the Institute of Osteopathy and registered with the General Osteopathic Council, she is passionate about using a variety of treatments tailored to individual needs, from gentle care for babies and pregnant women to more active therapies for athletes. Nicola values osteopathy’s holistic approach, recognising the interconnectedness of the body. As a working mother who has experienced pregnancy, she empathises with the challenges faced by women and their babies. Outside of work, she enjoys staying fit, socialising, and spending time with her family.

Imogen holds a bachelor's degree in Sport Rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping others achieve their peak health through tailored recovery and injury prevention strategies. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques, she is committed to making a positive impact. 

Josh originally studied at Plymouth Marjon university in 2020, it was at this point where he really wasn’t sure if the course was for him. However it wasn’t until he was introduced to the Bodymaster method by John Gibbons where he really started to find his passion in treating and helping people return to full fitness. 

Josh is now 1 of 50 Bodymasters in the country and uses a variety of physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic techniques in his treatment. The Bodymaster method is an incredible way to treat as it focuses on restoring mobility via stretching/soft tissue massage and manipulations. He finds that using all 3 approaches gives his clients the best results. Josh also has a keen interest in football, the gym and running which he has recently taken up.
