To All of Our Patients
We hope you and your family are doing well at this time.
The last few months have been challenging for us all. We wanted to let you know that we have been agonising over what is the best decision for our patients, for our team and for our business.
In line with advice from the UK Government, and the General Osteopathic Council (our governing body), my clinic will be OPEN. Due to easing of government restrictions and increased public mixing, I would like you to please wear a face mask when attending the clinic.
The UK government published new laws on 26th March 2020 that explicitly allows Osteopaths to continue to practice during this terrible pandemic. You can read this here.
Osteopaths are primary care practitioners and are considered an ‘essential service’ where we can help support people experiencing musculoskeletal pain and help keep patients away from hospital emergency departments and GP clinics who are being overwhelmed at the moment.
We want you to know that we are taking the threat of COVID-19 seriously and for that reason we are making some changes.
This virus is highly contagious so we want to minimise the risk to you and your families as much as possible when visiting our clinic.
We have added a few screening criteria that we need you to follow to keep you, our patients and us osteopaths as safe as possible!
We have been doing everything possible in our clinic to reduce the risk of transmission.
We are asking patients to book and pay for their appointments online, enabling a streamlined consultation and minimising any unnecessary contact. Book here.
We have introduced e-Consult (video consultations) so we can help keep your health goals on track.
